The hotel's staff provided excellent customer service, helping me with flights and giving me information about the city. The location is perfect, situated in a safe and friendly neighbourhood between the airport and the city center. The rooms were modern, bright, and clean, with a good size glass shower. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with delicious fresh fruit, eggs, juice, and coffee.

Location of the hotel was not easily found from the airport. the hotel is located in a business district, which was a bit isolated and quiet. the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful information. the rooms were clean and had natural light. the breakfast served was delicious.

The hotel lacked a toilet brush in the bathroom.

The hotel had a good location, close to a quiet and safe neighborhood with restaurants and shops nearby. the room was comfortable and clean, with a modern design and a good shower. Breakfast was included, which was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and helpful, and provided good recommendations for things to do in the area.

the noise level was very high, especially during the Easter week when the hotel was crowded.

Clean and modern hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. The location was in a nice and quiet neighborhood, which made it feel safe. The rooms were spacious and had natural light. The hotel provided shuttle service to and from the airport at an affordable price.

Our room was located behind the reception/dining area and had no external windows, which made it feel stuffy and claustrophobic. It was difficult to find the hotel and taxi drivers had a hard time finding it, causing us to waste time and money.
